Blairlogie is a community based organisation inclusive of clients, families, carers, staff and management.  One of the common things people say about Blairlogie is the friendly environment and they develop and nurture lifelong friendships.Blairlogie is a place where we aspire to build a society where people with a disability are genuinely participating in the social and economic life of our community.

Our clients range from high and complex needs to clients that need minimal support and our support is always based on our clients individual goals. Most days we have well over 20 different activities running.  Examples of the activities are Woodwork, Pottery, Recycled Craft, Drama, Music, Cooking, Dancing, Archery, Travel Training, Budgeting, Meals on Wheels delivery and Bush walking.

Blairlogie is managed by CEO Carolyn Carr and Governed by a Board of Management.  There is a dynamic management team that will work with you to see you succeed.

New to the Disability Sector?

Big changes are afoot with the disability sector because of the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.Variety of work – One on One or Group Services and Supports, Respite,Variety of hours – School hours, Respite, Evening work, School Holiday Work

What we are looking for in a Blairlogie Staff member.

Knowledge in the disability can be an advantage but the biggest thing we are after is a COMMITTED, SUPPORTIVE, RESPECTFUL and CARING attitude to our clients. Passion for inclusiveness in our communities.

Qualifications are not a requirement at Blairlogie as we value work and life experience from other industries and sectors as this in turn brings value to Blairlogie and our clients.
